Russian Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities (Rosgranitsa) wants to build duty free stores at checkpoints

The Agency, after President of Russia Vladimir Putin, in order that the border should not be privately owned, has proposed to build commercial property at checkpoints and rent it out.
