The court rejected the claim of “AEROFIRST” to “Aeroflot”

At the end of 2013, Aeroflot announced a tender for duty free retail on board of its aircrafts. At the court, the Aeroflot representative reported that in November 2013, “Aerofirst” had been declared as the winner of the contest, and Aeroflot began to negotiate a contract. Negotiations lasted until March 2014, but the parties failed to agree.
